Returns
14 days from delivery. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Exchange
Need a different size or style? Exchange within 14 days, subject to availability. Shipping fees may apply.
Manufacturing Defects
30 days to report any defect in stitching, fabric, or hardware. We'll replace or refund — no questions asked.
Refund
Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Issued to your original payment method.

Eligible Items
What we accept.
Unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with tags. Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days. Wrong item or size sent by us.
Non-Eligible Items
What we can't accept.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage. Sale and discounted items — these are final sale. Returns requested after the 14-day window.
